​Thrive is my one to one online coaching programme, which offers a unique, tailored plan built specifically for you. It is built around time-tested principles that can be applied in many different ways to suit your lifestyle and preferences.

When most women think about making a switch to a more healthier lifestyle, they think restriction. One of the core values of my coaching is helping clients see all the amazing things prioritising their health adds to their life.

This is the complete opposite of most approaches, which focus solely on restriction and sacrifice. The THRIVE programme includes flexible systems that can be applied wherever you are. An inbuilt flexibility that means you can absolutely still do life, and have amazing results.

This allows you to make continuous progress that becomes embedded in your life; habits you don't even think about anymore, you just do.

THRIVE Roadmap

The thrive roadmap consists of four different stages, outined below.

Setting the Scene

We use this time to establish health related habits and behaviours. Developing daily routines around the 6 pillars of successful health; to not only take you to your goal, but keep you there. I will build you a unique training blueprint and tailored nutritional protocols to give you the exact steps to start achieve your goals from day one; whether this is weight loss or just being healthier. My health centric approach is supported by weekly progress checks to keep open lines of communication on this collaborative journey. We will together build on your nutrition and activity, to make it fit an already stretched schedule. You will not have to spend hours on the gym floor or miss out on family meals.

EmpowHer

We start to build on the habits you have established and embedded into your daily routine. Having already lost foundational body fat through Stage one, we drive forwards building confidence with your training, and nutrition breaking through barriers. This stage is where you really start to breakthrough any limiting beliefs you have. We will foster your relationship with food and step into a new found freedom after years of yo-yo dieting and over restriction. Honouring your weight loss goal whilst making your health focussed habits a new lifestyle for you and your family. You will have a reignited lease for life, energy levels like never before and be prepared for your confidence to rocket as you finally pull out that frock that has been gathering dust for years!

Transform your Life

This is where the dream has become a reality. We bring everything together that you have developed and built on during the first two stages. At this point, your actions and behaviours; the ones that honour your health and weight loss goals, are no longer something you think about. They are just a part of your life, your identity. You have finally overcome the 'all or nothing' mindset towards your health and fitness, and understand how to navigate life and the endless curve balls. You are committed to showing up for yourself; and it is here that you become the most unstoppable version of you. The role model your family, friend, children need when it comes to health and wellness.

Thrive for Life

Once you achieve your goals, you'll be poised to move into Stage 4 of my THRIVE road map. Thrive for Life; where we focus on guiding you out of a calorie deficit whilst maintaining what you have achieved. We move away from any tracking of calories you may have been using, and start to lean even more heavily into you new health habits and behaviours for the long term.

What is the purpose of Thrive?

We don't just want to live a long life. We want to live a long and larger life. To do that, we need to honour our health and wellbeing for life. That is precisely what Thrive sets out to do, to set you up for future health outside of weight loss. 

Is this a new programme?

No! This is the same 1:1 bespoke coaching service I've been running for years, that also has an amazing private community attached to it. You'll have access to everything you need to be successful and make losing weight and maintaining your new found wellness a year-round reality. Regardless of all inclusive holidays, bottomless brunches or half term craziness.

What is included?

Thrive includes weekly 1:1 check-ins with feedback, a unique, tailored training programme, nutritional strategies and coaching specific to your goals. You'll receive access to live training days and group coaching calls and be part of our private online community. 

Will I have to follow a set meal plan as I have a family?

Most weight loss approaches are built around an all or nothing mindset and long list of rules. â€‹Thrive is different.​

It is built around time-tested principles that can be applied in many different ways to suit your lifestyle and preference. 

How does it work?

We'll have an initial deep dive call to develop your baseline and discuss goals. We'll agree on steps you need to take to start your journey, and you'll have access to my private community with others on the same mission. This is where key communication is shared, such as live days, group calls and so on. It also allows a platform for us to share wins, discuss challenges and support and learn from each other.
