About Me

My name is Carina Mellors

Way before I started working in the fitness industry, the gym has always been my release, safe space, my coping mechanism and the thing that kept me sane. ​I have spent many years developing the skills and knowledge to stay in shape, develop my physique, get stronger and fitter, and my mission is to help others do the same.

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. It is more than being in physical shape; it provides longevity overall, mental
​ resilience, promotes self belief and enables us to maintain independence as we age. I would go as far as saying, it is life changing.

I haven't always worked in the fitness industry. Eight years ago I was a Senior Practitioner for a local Youth Justice Service. I would travel across cities to visit children in Secure Units, Young Offenders Institutes, and Children in Care. Training and nutrition was as much of a passion than, as it is now.

When I left my role as a Senior Practitioner and moved over into the fitness industry full time, I vowed to make it my mission to help men and women in the position I was in, to be their healthiest, fittest selves.

  • 2025 I Currently studying Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science
